Creative dreams realty is going to Totally renovating this house outside were doing landscaping , siding ,gutters and pressure washing inside were doing new plumbing , electric , sheet rock , doors , molding , 2 full baths , kitchen and basement . When were done it going to look like a brand new house. We renovate each house like were going to live there our selves. We buy renovate and sell all our houses right now but we are definitely looking to start to BRRRR houses very soon.

So we can start learning the process and learn from our mistakes to build a business and start to BRRRR

We found it on the MLS and my partner/cousin is our realtor and we can both talk and people feel very comfortable with us
