Tax Lien Investing: What Do I Need to Know?

Good afternoon all. I'm interested in learning tax lien investing. It seems like a simple enough investment vehicle with the potential for some great returns with relative low risk and not an extremely high learning curve.

Is there anyone on here who has experience with this kind of r/e investing? I'd love to get some feedback re: what to expect, how to start, resources, etc. And, would you recommend it for a newbie?

Thanks!

First thing you need is lots and lots of cash. You have to pay 100% of what you buy on the day of the auction.
