There is this other home that I'm currently looking at it is in foreclosure right now and Hazard County Assessor has appraised it last year at 91,000 and some change I would attempt to get it under contract and be able to gets the house for 30,000 however it is in foreclosure for the amount of 64000 but it does need some rehab as they had cats and dogs inside apparently ruined the carpets I have not been over there to see it yet since I have not been in that house in almost a year or so as this is a house that was part of the families and uncle on my wife side.

Hi guys, I need your urgent advice on what appears to be an opportunity, at least to me. :)These guys have secured a $14.5 million financing for a one year development project (gas station with a 4,500 sqfeet C store, drive through restaurant (likes of popeyes), 38 units apartment complex with each unit expected to rent for $800 in Texas).

I would take the pot of gold and divide the gold coins out giving each of my tenants a portion so they could use it responsibly to buy the things they need in life such as cartons of Newport’s , mad dog booze and a stack of mega millions lotto tickets

My interest is actually that I just am being made aware of this debacle...it's my in-laws so without realizing it, I have a dog in this fight i didn't even know was happening.
