I'm looking to network with other investors, wholesalers, RE agents in the Boca Raton area.

I'm a REI moving to this area soon.

Any recommendation on what neighborhoods I should be looking for my primary residence is also something I'm interested in.

There's a great meet up once a month in Delray Beach. Next one should be early April. 

As to primary residence, that completely depends on if you want a sfh, condo... HOA or no-hoa... kids, dogs, golf... what are you looking for? :-)

You're definitely in the right place to meet other investors, wholesalers etc!
