I am living in Chandler Az and would like to know if there is anyone that can give me direction on which way would better to get started in real estate. I heard wholesaling and note investing is good but then I have heard that flipping is good.

Thank you in advance for any help can provide.

Wholesaling and note investing can both present challenges to a first-time investor. Personally, I would recommend that you start with either a manageable fix and flip (no gut jobs!) or a good rental property that will cash flow you some good, steady income. Eventually, it is good to diversify your portfolio with lots of different types of investments. (STR, LTR, flips, etc.) But when you are starting, you want to be sure you have a good investment that is manageable.
