It's not as binary as going to a Chase, Wells Fargo...etc.  

But how long do you chase that carrot around ? 

They're so bad, I had to change our Property Management Agreement to let clients know that we will not sit on hold with their HW company for 30 minutes and we won't chase them to show up for repairs.

Don't get caught chasing shinny objects and trying to do a hundred different careers.

I've had it.I'm ready to do something crazy and different....I need to do something before it's really too late and I get too old to chase dreams.I think I know what I want but my mind is clouded by stress and I can't see it all clearly yet.

this while technically could be bank fraud but you know they have FAR larger fish to chase than something like this.

Also, i reached out to BMO harris bank and Chase bank to get REO details and is not able to get the foreclosure list.
