I ditto @Chase Taylor on the Zukerman & Assoc recommendation.  They have expertise in all business, including all areas of real estate.  I personally use Ted Colna and Mike Collura at their office and am very happy with them.  I paid national Tax Guru, Bill Noll to review three years of our tax returns one year and he said we are one his only cases ever in which he couldn't make a tax savings recommendation. He said Zukerman did an amazing job of minimizing our tax burden.
