Does anybody know why and what their angle is??

I'm interested in purchasing a property which includes a double-wide, on a permanent foundation, on owned land. 

Wholesaling lists are a good way to cast a wide net at the cost of competing for properties.

Here's another angle.

If it won't appraise for $480k then you could survey off some land from the double wide and combine it with lot 1.

No wide-spread system is perfect, but I think you can succeed if you follow the golden rule: "So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them."

Once things get back to normal in a few months your returns will exceed long term rental returns by a wide margin and more than make up for the lack of revenue now!

This includes upwards of a dozen 4 foot wide rolls of torn carpet and subfloor.
