Hello,

I am a new investor from Springfield Missouri area.

My name is Naoko Potts, I work for Expedia and after Covid hit, as you can imagine, people stopped traveling and we were force to work reduced hours. As I got extra hours on my hand, I started to read even more books especially about how to make money work for me. Almost all investment books mention about real estate and that's how I started my journey as a real estate investor. I came to join BP because every time I Google searched real estate investment, it lead me to BP.

My first webinar I participated was a 90 days challenge by Brandon. That webinar motivated me to look for properties, analyze several properties almost every day, found some good deals and recently made an offer and accepted. The very first potential investment property is really scary and I found every day there are so much I don't know but I am learning every day.

The inspection is done and submitted the papers to proceed with bank loan. Not even close to be done but taking baby step and every step is a learning. Now come to think of it W2 job is easy because the rules are laid out and I know where and who to go with questions but I feel like I cannot go back to just work and get a biweekly paycheck any longer.

Kind of a long intro but in short, I am excited to be here and opportunities future will bring.

I am also an investor in Springfield working on a second deal! I also work full time! Which is a challenge but hey, I love it so far! If I can offer any help let me know. BP has be instrumental in what I need to know. We have local meetings. I've only been able to go to one, but it was great. Check out @Hugh Carnaha
