Investors are the niche in real estate, USAA is building programs for their clients which is good, but their clients are retail buyers. as for the 'reward', just know that you're paying for that reward.

I have watched these people but properties where I know they're going to get hurt, but if they're not my client, there's not much I can do to help.

However, I have been having issues interacting with male clients as I have been taking and assessing leads (my focus is on wholesaling for now).

So if an individual is ( FISHING ) as I call it then it's a waste of time for me.If I have clients totally committed to me then it makes sense to deploy resources and time.

And I pay thoughs because I do so many and take up so much staff time doing them that I would feel guilty if I did not pay for those.. if it was like a typical  premier client who only did a wire or two or less a month I would not pay for those either..

I have a client looking to begin building Build-to-rent properties and is interested in the Western Oregon Market——Looking to establish a few connections- IE GC, Architect etc.
