Hello everyone. I am a new member looking to meet people local to the Cape Cod/Boston area. My father and I are looking at some single family homes to begin flipping. Would love to hear some tips/tricks anyone has on how to get started.

Hello guys, I am a new member aswell to the realestate investor community here on the south shore. I presently own a single family home in the south shore area. This single family home will need about 60K in rehab and presently are looking for loan vehicles to make needed repairs to put home on market. Have plenty of equity so that is a loan option, but money needed for short term. Any advice appreciated

Darren
