Then the bank reviews and approves the seller completed financial hardship package, orders a BPO, then accepts or counter offers the price, then issues the actual approval letter, usually 60/90 days out.  

Open the property packages for each find the 5 pages in each about why this is the best place to invest in RE copy and paste them into a word doc you now have 25 pages about why it is the best place.

There are also construction lenders who will fund land purchase as part of the package.

So if your basis in the house is $40k you sell for $100k - $60k gain  (there are a few other elements that come into play but for simplicity)BUT say you took $10,000 in depreciation- the first $10,000 of the gain will be the 1250 tax at 25% The next 50k is at long term capital gain rate of 15% (most likely)

List them on the market place as a package deal or all of them and let everyone here look at them.

When you answer questions on those tax software packages you need can easily get led down an incorrect path, and you'll never truly know that your return is complete and accurate.  

As it shrinks, any restraint from adjacent concrete construction, such as foundation walls, can cause cracking in the weakest element, which is often the slab.
