Does anyone know how to get cash buyers that Real estate agents

Question

We are looking how to find the cash buyers (not wholesalers) that agents get for deals! I know we could use an agent but I really dont want to list my properties with an agent ! I need these sold fast. Thanks ahead of time for your feedback. Most of these are in Ohio but have nationwide as well. Im not selling these here im trying to find out if there is a system that pulls this info up. Thanks so much

I think Russell is correct I would network with agents and see if they have buyers... you don't have to list with them. Though if you meet the right one you may want to.

Just place the ads on Craigslist and see who bites. There are cash buyers who look to buy there, easy free way to build your list.

List them on the market place as a package deal or all of them and let everyone here look at them. I have never found a bigger list of cash buyers than members of this great site.

Network with agents. You don't have to list the property. Agents have buyers. I probably do 2 transactions a year or so where my buyers buy from a wholesaler.

No Im not trying to bypass an agent I could work with one as well I just want to move deals quick but also was wondering if theres a way to find that kind of buyer on my own as well.

If your asking about ways to quickly sell your own properties, I know that one of the major wholesalers in our market buys houses with a two week close. If theres some meat on the bone for them and you don't have time to worry about it. It can work, lets say you sell your house in two weeks for 15 k off retail and 1031 exchange into a property with triple the amount of built in equity. Time is money... Anyways I think that's what you're asking about, try the major wholesalers.

@Kevin Crowell - I'm kind of confused by your question. If I understand correctly, you are trying to get access to an agent's clients, but skip paying the agent? I don't think that's going to work.
