Bank 90 day restriction on resale

The bank placed a clause in the warranty deed that restricts the resale of the home we purchased for 90 days above a certain amount. Anyone know why they would do this? This was a short sale.

Just another ridiculous regulation trying to keep the small guy from succeeding.  Sorry, I hate regulations that hinder the small business owners and individual investors.  Quit telling us how to run our businesses.
