Resources to finding the best cities to invest

Hi BP Community,

I am looking to buy my first real estate investment property. I am in Massachusetts but will be investing in Florida. I am pretty set on a county but I wanted to drill in further to see which cities within this county is the best in terms of schools, crime, etc...

For investors that invest in out of state properties, how do you drill in and find the right city/town? I know having boots on the ground is huge and I do have that. Having concrete evidence will help me make the plunge and finally buy my first investment property. The fear of failing is huge but if I have information to backup what is being said to me, things will go a lot more smoother. Websites I've used so far are:

Zipdatamaps.com - local demographics and incomes.

City-data.com -crime data, housing and business information

Zillow.com and trulia.com - research rents, property prices

Could anyone please advise me on what more I can do to find the right city to invest in? Thank you all for your time
