You don't need to "look" legit, you already are.

Wow, that's scary.In LA county, whenever a deed gets recorded, the current owner does get mailed, but it can take a couple of weeks.I guess if you have no previous working history with the seller, it would be a good idea to contact the previous owner to make sure the transfer was legit.

His info seems legit but expensive.

By the way while I'm reading over this post, I can see some people saying it sounds fishy, but the owner sounded very sincere and legit.

There are plenty of blogging platforms out there, however there are two that come to mind that I think you should be using as an agent.

Whether it be legit or a 'bait 'n' switch'....hell I call on these ads all the time, but their almost never what they actually say they are, and if they are its an auction or its under contract already, or they don't deal with investors, so many annoying excuses lol.
