Best way to get leads- Craigslist or direct mail?

Hello,

I am wondering what you feel is the best way to get leads. Is it Craigslist, direct mail, open houses, blogging, etc? I am considering launching my first direct mailing campaign and plan to send to renters a buyers ad once a month for 3 months in a row. Does anyone have any advice? I greatly appreciate your help!

I usually stay along this guide line. I switch up the wording every time I post but through trial and error this post has gotten me the most response.
