How 300k is turned into 3.3M

Here is how it works starting at the lowest level, you can start at a higher level or if you wish, work you way up:

$300K buys a $10 MM leased instrument from which you get the non-recourse loan with 33% going to the client and they can reenter for higher amounts. Non-recourse means you do not have to pay the loan back, they just keep the leased instrument.

To initate the process, all we need is a CIS, passport and POF. The monetizer will send the package direct to the client.
We have a blank CIS form if you need one, but it must be on client's letter head.

Client must place $300K minimum in a California Escrow company which holds a $20 MM bond.

The provider will issue CUSIP and ISIN # before $300K is used.

After Client verification then the $300K is used.

If client signs documents fast enough process can close in 5 banking days.

Four have already closed, and two more are scheduled this week.

$1.5MM for $50 MM

$5 MM USD for $200 MM, and can be done a maximum of 3 times

The above are the procedures, NO EXCEPTIONS

See FAQ below:

- how much will he get in Dollars and is this guaranteed return. Net 33% of the $10 MM instrument, guaranteed.
- how much to start. $300k or more, minimum is $300K and up and yes, that will have to paid up front to the escrow company
- has he got to pay any interest- if so, how much. No interest, no payments
- what amount has got to pay back if any. It is a non recourse loan so that would be zero
- Is there any guarantee for security of his money. Escrow company has a $20 MM bond for your protection
- Does he has to pay for a leased instrument No
- what happens to the leased instrument after the loan is completed. They will more than likely use it in some manner to make money

Leasing BGs, SBLCs, CDs and Monetizing BGs, SBLCs, CDs as a ONE STOP SHOP

Update On Non-Recourse Loans

Example: for $300k $10M - BG, SBLC, CD

(1) $300K GOES TO THIRD PARTY CALIFORNIA ESCROW

(2) ONCE THE INSTRUMENT IS CUT AND VERIFIED THE MONEY IS RELEASED FROM ESCROW.

(3) The provider will have the instrument monetized within 7-10 day's at 45% face value, and 12 point's taking out the back end for Leased fee's, netting client 33% of face value. So for 300k, a 10M instrument nets 3.3M for the client. The Instrument is good for 1yr 1 day.

(4) The client is allowed to do the transaction up to 3 time's at the same level or higher (see below)

Instrument levels and prices are as follows: remember, client nets 33% of the face value

$10M = $300K
$50M = $1.5M
$100M = $4M
$200M = $5M
$500M = $10M

All we need is a CIS, passport and POF.

Client must place $300K minimum in a California Escrow company which holds a $20 MM bond.

The provider will issue CUSIP and ISIN # before $300K is used.

After Client verification then the $300K is used.

If client signs documents fast enough process can close in 5 banking days.
