., happens in business all the time.In corporate america, it is not unusual for a fortune 500 company to have 600-700 entities across the globe for various reasons (taxes, regulatory and liability being the main ones).My "other job" is flipping companies, in a sense, and this structure is common, especially for partnerships with other investors.Commercial RE ($10MM+) is also conducted in a similar fashion.In fact, this is the norm outside of individual investing.You can always get a second opinion from another lawyer and CPA to see if it makes sense for your situation.

Cheryl Naegel speak with a lawyer in your jurisdiction but if you have a adjustment against the tenant and know their bank info, take it to their bank or have your lawyer send a letter to their bank and the bank will freeze their account immediately .

We found 3 more leads that had notices on the doors.So you advise to find the owners and contact them, even though we don't have our financing completely sorted out, no contractor picked, no contracts went over by a lawyer, etc?

Appliances run on propane or natural gas but not both(Some can but it is rare) Conversion kits may be available for heaters and stoves but more than likely the hot water heater would have to be replacedAs to whether you have an action against the agent and the inspector...it might be worth a call to a lawyer
