Hello Community , I would like to buy in an auction a condominium in Renton WA that after 15k rehabbing will potentially give a great return. However, after checking the with the title company I discovered that has HOA judgment for 22k and a 4k HOA lien. Will the judgment and lien follow?  I would greatly appreciate any help on this matter !

from my experience in purchasing auction properties- you need to look into the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) of the HOA. Or call the HOA to get a copy the most they can make you pay is 6 months back however the CC&R may wipe it out.
