Can you tell me your thoughts on the Downtown area and what you feel the best zip codes to invest in there are and why?

I was made aware this weekend by one of the investors on our Facebook group that Marco Santarelli on June 18th, 2024, held a "web seminar" again soliciting investors.

Jordan.. all you young Entrepreneurs need to be forming little co ops and buying dirt in the path of progress thats where fortunes are going to be made.. 

Though I feel like leasing them but still like not sure.

As long as the note payments are being made we are receiving a return of 17% + on the $450k we could have cashed out on - a much greater return than we could have reinvested at.

I think more clearly, have more focus, become more creative, always in good disposition and I feel great!
