Hi Tania, welcome to the BiggerPockets community! One of the best markets right now is Columbus OH. It has great macroeconomics because big companies like Intel, Facebook, Honda, Google and others are all moving and developing here. So we see lots of population growth and job growth. My out of state clients are successfully BRRRRing and flipping here because they can find rentals around $120k to$180k purchase price. And it has landlord-friendly rules too!
