I'll tell you that the property is located in a small border town called Eagle Pass, Texas with no more than 35 thousand people. [434 Ryan Street, Eagle Pass Texas] Its location (in my opinion) is in an excellent spot known for weekend flea market activity and sits right across from a well-known local park; however, weekday vehicle and foot traffic is essentially non-existent.As far as the flea market goes she's been running into huge problems with vendors remaining loyal to their current flea market. 

Some of the zestimates on Zillow border on extremely ridiculous and unfortunately they do in some cases give buyers, sellers and renters false subconcious ideas of how to negotiate on a property.

The galleria mall located in the border of torrance and redondo beach has made major renovations.

People will pay good money to store their RVs and boats, esp since people living in cul-de-sacs, PUDs, condos, etc, cannot store these at their own home.In the long term, those buildings could be remodeled into living space, or scrapped for materials.

We are hoping we won't have to put a road/cul de sac in but will have to see how the lots lay out to determine this.Can anyone with developer experience or even a realtor with this type of experience give me some insight on costs?
