Major differences between renter properties in NJ and Pa?
I'm a new investor and I'm looking at both NJ and Pa. I've heard that tenant laws are much more favorable in NJ and that it's much harder to evict. Can someone tell me what the specific differences are? Or what the reasons or advantages are to having a rental property in PA instead of NJ? Any info or help would be appreciated. Ty.
