Obviously you have to have smoke detectors but I don’t think the alarm to call the fire company is required.

Holy smokes tho 24!!!  

She is my eyes and ears to look for damage, smoking in the house and any other mischief. 

Even when you buy a new build with a 15 year absolute lease with 2x5 year options.. obviously the worst case scenario you can't sell it the lease expires and the tenant leaves and you have a dark property..

I'm completely in the dark.

Also, the interior shots are a bit dark.

Neighbors have reported seeing the tenant’s guest smoking so this is the reason for the odor.

Hire a prop mgr as the things you are in the dark about are the most important things.

A lot of them work night shift and they're not comfortable being in an area they feel unsafe after dark.

No smoking policy, not trash policy.
