Questions on MTR in Aurora area
Hello,
We found a really good property thats only 2.2 miles away from the Anschutz Medical Campus, the area is a little iffy for comfortable living and its a little outdated but it is right next to the hospital. Its a side-by-side duplex, 4 bed/2 bath on each side. We want to target traveling nurses and having trouble realizing how all of that works? I heard Facebook groups are worth looking at. We are worried that we won't be able attract traveling nurses and put ourselves in a losing money situation unless we switch to LTR so at least part of the mortgage would be covered. Any suggestions on that area and experience with MTR close to Anschutz Medical Campus? What are some of things to consider when going into MTR? We would be pet friendly so we can attract more clientele. I am also reading Zeona's 30 day stay book.

Quote from @Nathan Grabau:
I have a 4/3 property 5 minutes from a hospital and have had a hard time getting it rented to traveling nurses. It was going to be an airbnb but then we ran into some permitting issues. Typically lower bedroom count units(1-2) get better returns for MTRs that are targeting traveling nurses.
Whats the rationale behind that?
