JD, as to tyhe inspection period, you need to check if this can be waived by agreement as some contracts may state a different period and include language that buyer waives certain rights and that the contract provisions will govern.

There is going to be a big variation in costs because of government subsidies and the type of soil.To put in a sewer here, every inch of the trench must be rock hammered.

Ex: popular rural areas, areas with government funded re-development and propeties near colleges, prisons, government offices...anything that would have a positive economic effect in the area.
