Austin is a market saturated with investors and money right now which has driven up investor pricing on most deals.

The first trip might be one excuse, the second might be another...pretty soon it's the 15th and you've driven back and forth 5 times for nothing.

If Apartment A is a 2bed/1bath with washer/dryer and Apartment B is a 1bed/1bath with no washer/dryer, Apartment A should pay a higher rate.
