JLL ranked Austin at No. 19 in its 2020 City Momentum Index report, making it one of just two cities in the Western Hemisphere in the top 20 expected to see significant growth in the coming years.

Austin is a market saturated with investors and money right now which has driven up investor pricing on most deals. There are still deals to be had but they are few and far in between. Most of my investors are looking for appreciation right now and a small monthly cash flow.
