I am considering the online courses offered by MetroBrokers Academy (http://www.metrobrokers.com/academy/online-courses).  

We are both very interetsed in real estate investing and just starting to educate ourselves Via Books, online engines such as BP, and we recently attended Than Merrill's workshop in the city. 

When I look online I see nearby duplexes that have sold at a price that would substantiate my value in the $180k-$200k range. 

I currently live in bee cave tx and have started looking at properties online in the new braunfels/San Marcos/Kyle areas.
