Hello BP Community!

I am a newbie investor from Ithaca, NY. I am currently pursuing my MBA at Cornell and just recently discovered RE. The adrenaline rush from RE is exciting, and I can't wait to have a skin in the game. Thanks to all of you for the various posts, blogs, comments, podcasts, etc. I am like a sponge at the moment, absorbing as much knowledge as possible. Nonetheless, I don't want to fall in the trap and not take any action.
