With setting up custom rings you do not have to even look to know it is a call to your Google Voice number.During regular hours you can have it forwarded to your cell or office phone.

Just wanted to add that my repairmen are fine with me giving them the tenant's cell and will call the tenant directly to schedule a time to go out (understanding it should be normal rate hours, not emergency).

I believe it was things like group internet.But adding cell towers to increase income, or getting group discounts to help lower expenses, can help the hard working but low income folks have a good clean and safe place to live at an affordable cost.You can't help someone who is not ready or willing to be helped.
