Nice the Home Depot by me said they don’t sell any bundles unless it’s a major holiday sale then occasionally they’ll have some.

The method that has not failed me, is to drive to every lowe's and Home depot between 6-7 AM and call every contractor that is there with a number on their truck.   

The house and driveway/garden etc needs about an acre at most(House already built) and the rest is at the bottom of a hill and all wooded un usable land(to me). 

The lease covers my mortgage and the gardener, and of course the rest of the monthly bills are covered by the tenants.  

There are also water and garden costs of $450.

Canton- $400k to $500k; Mile to the east $1mm to $4mm; 4 miles to the Southeast Lake; National Forest to the East; Canton name brands- Home Depot, Bed Bath Beyond, Harbor Freight, Zaxby's Chicken, Walmart. 

Another might want someone to pick up materials at Home Depot and help them install flooring.

Rice Village, Washington Ave, the Heights, EaDo, and Garden Oaks/Oak Forest (GOOF), are where people like to be (higher rents).

I know there is strong rental markets around EMU and Depot Town, but what does other parts of the city look like?
