A recent change of life plan has me looking for Ypsilanti properties. Does anyone do deals or wholesale in Ypsilanti? Anyone who is willing to talk a little bit about neighborhoods? I know there is strong rental markets around EMU and Depot Town, but what does other parts of the city look like?
