It’s happening all over the city but in particular in south and east Austin the new builds are popping up like crazy.

One neighborhood are we are actively looking in is called Boulder creek, it is south of Guadalupe, east of Sossoman, and west of the 202.

I have properties in Brazil and I will spend most of my time down there and just keep up one Residence and one Fixer Upper/Rental for Sale in Tampa area as my Business.

Most of my knowledge in the area is West and South of Minneapolis, but I'm sure there are other great areas, as well.

@Logan Heydt it would help if you could specify in which direction (north, south or west) since you actually would likely be speaking about southern NH (north of Boston), northern RI (south of Boston) or the Worcester to Springfield area (west of Boston).

I've changed course and purchased land and properties in other states; specifically NV, & South Carolina coastal.

However I don’t know if one needs to be a licensed realtor to do this.We are buying for ourselves, not to flip to a third party.If we use the standard South Carolina purchase agreement, is it legally permissible to have a seller sign it on the spot?
