Property prices in the area were I was renting were way out of my range, but  I found that I could invest in a small multifamily property in a less desirable neighborhoods and still participate in the real estate market.

Have a slow close date to get your 90 days of training in, but try to reconcile that with the owners desire to move quickly. 

Then you can take the remainder of your capitol and go for the bigger deal in your desired area. 

There are good deals to be had in decent, desirable areas.

If that gets approved, you list it on airbnb and any other str sites you desire. 

The vehicle isn't important, it's the people along the way.So whatever experiences enable a person to interact with others, understand them and develop relationships, those are the ones to seek if millionaire status is desired.
