Will the manufacturer typically provide financing to the landlord for these?

We've seen it time and again and it only leads to folks living in some horrible, low income apartments or rental homes instead of allowing folks, who fully choose to live in RVs and manufactured home a safe, affordable Park to live in.It also makes prices on existing Park prices go up and many deteriorate b/c they know their guests have no other choice.

INFJ on the Myers-Briggs scale, which according to their website, I am the most specialist of snowflakes by personality type (less than 1% of all people have a result of INFJ).  

It’s interesting because most companies are mom and pop and aren’t a large conglomerate and have room or area to scale like; cell phone companies etc…

Have you had any issues between tenants and how have you distanced yourself from the situation, I would like to get better at property management as it is a requirement for scale! 

I thought about this, but as I scale up over time it would be too much of an expectation for them every year.

Especially as I scale up in properties, I want to make sure I'm avoiding any legal issues!
