Mobile Home Park HOA (Park Rules)

Hey BP,

I'm under contract for a commercial lot that was going to be a housing development but I'm turning it into a very nice mobile home park. It suits the area better. I want to establish really great park rules before I start moving in my own MHs to sell, rent or let anyone else move theirs in. I want to keep the park clean and inviting so fill it up quickly. Does anyone have any links or suggestions on where to get a good outline that I can edit?

@Kyle M. You may want to contact your local manufactured housing association. I find them to be a great source of information for those working in the industry. Also, you can talk to other parks in the area. They have their rules and regulations available for prospective tenants. Hope that helps!
