Tenant Christmas and Holiday cards

This year I'd decided to send my tenants (12 doors) Christmas/holiday cards, with a 25 dollar gift card to target in each one.  I have some tenants that have been there 2 months and some 2 years.  But its coming from a genuine place of wanting to show my appreciation for them.

Does anyone else out there do this, and if so do you include a gift?

What is everyones general thoughts on this?

There's no right answer. My feeling is that I want to keep it a business relationship. Once you start sending personal gifts, it changes the relationship and may come back to bite you down the road.

Do what you feel is right for your business.
