My question to everyone and anyone is:What was your study routine back when you were working on getting licensed as a Real Estate Agent?

The emotional personification of true "passive income"- you still need to react to the world and make decisions, but if the team is good, it becomes pure joy to not have to think about daily routine management of a well-launched investment..

I have medical issues which forced me to go on disability about 3 years ago.

Between the four of them, they make 3.2x the rent (regular job, disability payments for mom and aunt, caregiver income for the boyfriend).

I think I am going fiberglass and routine landlord changes during summer and then switching to pleated in Fall...I am lax about inspections anyway so I would like an excuse to pop in routinely although it will be a pita.

Connects to wifi so I get a text instead of having to routinely check the traps. 

I think she will find that she's hardly in her room once she gets in a good routine, but she definitely needs to be able to speak up for herself.

However, if you routinely employ this out, you will gain an unfavourable reputation which will impact your ability to find and execute any deals.

The routine homeowner maintenance/repair wouldn't get added to basis, and he couldn't have planned to make it a rental in the first year.
