What is your favorite thing about Real Estate?

I am curious what everyone considers to be the best aspect of investig in real estate. There are so many different strategies, benefits, and learning opportunities, I just wonder what you think. I'll start and hope that we can keep the thread going for a while.

My favorite aspect of investing is how it teaches you to think differently about money. For most people, including many RE investors, they have a regular job and put in 40+ hours/week. When you get involved with the RE business, it becomes clear (when done correctly) that money becomes easier to earn. Many people think that large amounts of money (5k, 10, 20k) are out of reach and take a long time to earn, but doing one solid deal can create these amounts, often times more. It's eye opening to see you first big check, especially when you're use to working in different ways to get it!
