On the property already is a restaurant and parking for that restaurant. 

Downtown is really changing and there's a ton of investment in the are with mixed-use developments and hotels, restaurants, etc..

The midtown section has a lot of craft restaurants, breweries, and vibrant arts scene. 

Downtown Gilbert has been revitalized greatly since the downturn and there is now a ton of shops and restaurants and entertainment in the area.

Patch over the rot,  remove hardware that locks window and bolt them shut so it looks like a window not meant to open rather thanba broken window. 

Think of Quiet Title as "shutting up" someone from further claim. 

@Nichole Rowan - do some searching here using the BP search engine, there are probably a thousand threads about what to say, what to ask, when to shut up, etc., etc., when it comes to making offers.  

He was getting both sides of the commission, so I'm sure that factored into it.We've also received gift cards from agents, whether it was generic (Visa), Home Depot, or for a restaurant/store.
