When you relocate be sure to reach out!

@Kameon Peavy He will be relocated permanently by October 1 and then will be ready to put his focus into growing his business here in the south.

That alone brings new people to the community however we are seeing an influx of people from the major MSA's who are looking for a lifestyle change and no longer want to deal with the traffic, high priced housing, etc.Additionally, there is rather significant tax incentives from the federal, state, and local municipalities that are attracting businesses to relocate into our 'rural' market and help kickstart the economy.

The wife emailed and said that her "husband works in oil and gas and a relocation company is going to put the lease in their name (the relo company's name).  

Try asking them how much they need to relocate instead, and try being a friend before talking about price.

I am newly relocated myself and pursuing my investment career here full time.

There are also businesses relocating from Panama City to Panama City Beach which just gives us even a larger audience to market to. 

Also, I know in San Francisco, landlord would have to give relocation fee, not sure if this applies to Section 8 tenant in Oakland. 

We actually have 3 leases ending soon and those will be leaving for various reasons (job relocations, getting married etc).

Another rejection was because owner was still in it and would only show it after they had relocated but they listed it early.
