There is a book out there called " how to own your home years sooner without making extra payments" https://www.amazon.com/How-Your-Home-Years-Sooner/...I tried it and it worked fantastic, I was on pace to pay off my 30 year note of 240k in 9 years or so without changing anything other than how I held money.
