Sioux Falls SD Rental Market---Over vs Under Developed
Hello,
I lived in Sioux Falls SD approximately five years ago. Back then they were always building new houses/apartments. I currently live in Hawaii but have family/friends in Sioux Falls. I want to buy a rental property in the area as it seems to be growing well and real estate is fairly affordable.
My question being is Sioux Falls being over developed with to much supply? Or is the growth in the city pretty much staying at the same pace as housing development?
If anyone in the Sioux Falls area has any input on the subject I would really appreciate it.
