Hello Everyone!

I am a Real Estate Investor, try to grow in the Broward / Miami Dade Area. For the most part, I've been focusing on learning about this market, Incorporating and Raising some capital during the last couple months and I would say the process is going pretty well. Some of my marketing strategies to bring leads are starting to come back with interesting results and I feel I am almost ready to start making offers, however there are 2 key members of my team I am still missing and I would love to have this great BP Community making comments and suggestions based on real experience in the area.

These key members are:

1. Investor Friendly Real Estate Agents, willing to bring additional leads and keep up with the pace of making offers.

2. Local licensed contractor with scale out capacity to work on projects in the area. Initial target markets are Pembroke Pines, Miramar and Cooper City.
