How many bedrooms and how many of those rooms did you get rented?

For example, could you rent out a 6 bedroom home in North Loop to 6 unrelated peoples? 

I bought a single family house with a low down payment and immediately rented the spare bedrooms allowing me to live for free while building equity and experience as a landlord.

Has potential to be made into 7 bedrooms to rent to college students.

After I remodeled the home I house hacked all of the bedrooms and lived for free.

I added crown & a light rails to the entry level cabinets in the kitchen, I even used appliance paint to spray the yellow brass ceiling fans to a nice bedroom worthy white.
