Found a home in my area that is in need of a lot of work. Needs: electrical, which I am an electrician that works for parents company. I can knock that out. Leveling, plumbing, new roof, no central air and heat. It's 1.5miles from college. Has potential to be made into 7 bedrooms to rent to college students. Been on market for over a yr. Is now selling for 19,900. Possible to get it for 10.
