Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $120,000
Cash invested: $55,000

I bought this house originally to live in. I did an extensive remodel on this property and saved a lot of money by doing all of the work by myself. After I remodeled the home I house hacked all of the bedrooms and lived for free. After getting married we moved to a new house and turned this house into a long term rental.
