Sure, maybe the market doesn't tank, and you don't care about cash flow, because by god Boston is so great and its nothing but upwards from here, but my preference is not to take that gamble and find higher and more predictable returns in other more accessible markets.

God is good he makes it hard when he doesn't want us in the place we picked for our self's.

Sound like your in the same situation I am in I found this great piece of property and tried to get this Investor to fund it because that's what their website say you find it and we fund it and we can do a joint venture split 50/50 and thank god that I joined this site because it has been so helpful to me in many ways.
